Helping individuals and families in need in the East Neuk of Fife by providing donated food parcels.

Food donations - our standard bag consists of the following - These are the items we need the most . This list has been drawn up after many years of running the foodbank

( Please no fresh food, tins of kidney beans, chickpeas, butter beans etc)

Cereal
UHT Milk
Tins of Meat, Soup, Chopped Tomatoes, Vegetables
Tins of Fish - tuna or Sardines
Tins of Rice Pudding / Fruit
Spaghetti / Beans or Macaroni
Pasta Sauce
Rice or Pasta
Sugar
Jam / Marmalade
Coffee / Teabags
Biscuits /Snacks

We accept donations of Toothpaste, Soap, Shower gel, Shampoo and sanitary products. Cleansing products - bleach, washing powder and washing up liquid.
Donations of food can be made at the following locations;

Food donation boxes at East Neuk Churches,
Anstruther and Crail Co-ops.
Appletons in Elie &
Morrisons in St Andrews.
​
Access to landline phone, laptops and wi-fi when required and signposting to other support agencies. benefits support though ENERGI, St Monans.
​
Come in for teas, coffees and a chat. Everyone is welcome whether you are a foodbank client or not.
​
We ask that over the Festive Period if you are donating food, please stick to these basics, as we can be flooded with Christmas treats/Mincemeat pies, Christmas puddings, selection boxes and receive no basics.

Single or regular donations can be made through bank transfer to Foodbank account (scan barcode). To add Gift Aid, download and fill out the Gift Aid Declaration Form.
